What are the dates and opening times of the show?


The show is on:

  • Wed 8 August 2012 – 10am to 6pm
  • Thu 9 August 2012 – 10am to 5pm


Where is the event being held?
TSB Stadium, New Plymouth. New Zealand.

The Stadium is situated on Pukekura Raceway adjacent to New Plymouth’s Pukekura Park. The main vehicle access is from Mason Drive which is off Coronation Avenue.

Is there parking available?
The venue has parking for 800 cars

What will I get with my stand?

Who designs, installs and manages the shell scheme booths?
Exhibition Hire services have the exclusive contract to provide all the stands, carpeting and furniture required by the organisers. Exhibitors are encouraged to utilise their services as they will have representation during both bump in and bump out (W) www.exhibitionhire.co.nz


Are there any restrictions in regard to dressing my stand?
All items in relation to additional work and interior decoration of stands are covered in the list of terms and conditions on the booking form. Exhibitors are asked to refer to the form for further details.


When can I bump-in and start setting up my stand?

Mon 6 August    9.00am – 4.00pm – goods delivery only
Tue 7 August     8.00am – 8.00pm – outside exhibitors
Wed 8 August  8.00am – 9.45am – final touches – stands must be completed


When do I break down and bump-out?
Thu 9 August   4.00pm – 8.00pm
Fri 10 August    8.00am – 12.00noon
Other times by arrangement only. All stands must be cleared by 5.00pm.


Do I have internet access at my stand?
Internet access is the responsibility of the exhibitor so we suggest the use of remote USB connections. It would be advantageous to visit the site prior to the event to check on connectivity.


When do I give you the list of names of my team managing the stand and when do I collect my exhibitor badges?

The list of staff names for stand representation will be required by 10 July and both the lanyards and badges will be available for collection on site from Mon 6 August
